The event saw a fantastic turnout of Callboxers, including colleagues from Davao and Colombia. Ex-Callboxers and guests were also present, making it a true reunion of the Mercury Labs community.
\n\n\n\nCEO Rom Agustin expressed his excitement and pride, saying, “Being here in Iloilo 20 years later is an amazing experience. As the first BPO in Iloilo, we’ve seen significant changes over these two decades. Remaining part of this community is incredibly fulfilling. \n\n\n\nThe Big Day kicked off with an acoustic jam session by Clyde Ortencio, setting the tone for the festivities. The program continued with lively performances by Kreonz, a local band, and the special guest band, \u2018Siakol\u2019, who rocked the stage with their electrifying live performance. DJ CJ Tanoy and DJ Ivan Jucaban kept the energy high with their dynamic music.
